We are located inside of Family Medicine Associates of Conroe. It is a standalone building and the sign on 336 says “Lake City Plaza.” We are less than a quarter mile up 336 from 105 (between West Conroe Baptist Church and Hwy 105).
After pain, surgery, and still pain, I turned to AIRROSTI on the advice of my insurance company. After several visits, I was moving again with little to no pain. They worked with me on exercises to increase mobility, balance, and confidence…so much so that I was able to take a two-week group tour through Italy. The pain is gone and my mobility is continuing to improve as I do my home exercises. I am so grateful to Airrosti for giving me my life back.

Active recovery/rehab is done during each visit, immediately following the highly targeted manual therapy designed to restore function to your body and correct injuries to the soft tissue. Active recovery refers to a customized program of stretches and exercises designed to target the specific area of your injury. These exercises help speed recovery and, when done consistently at home (self-care instructions will be provided), help prevent future injuries and further enhance flexibility and range-of-motion.
