Just wanted to say a big “THANK YOU” to Dr. Benton Cain for his treatment of my hamstring injury recently. After 3 weeks of treatment I’ve seen a significant improvement and have been able to start gentle exercise again. This is the second occasion that I’ve attended Airrosti for treatment of sports injuries, and I have been really satisfied on both occasions!

Suffering from early signs of Plantar Fasciitis is no fun. It comes with shooting pains in the foot and leg, tightness in the soft tissue, and lots of cramping. It really makes it difficult to sleep at night! Then came Airrosti. After visiting with Dr. Cain and his effervescent sidekick/physical therapist, Calah, they created a pain management program to deal with these issues. It was really simple to follow their directions, and wow, what a difference it made! After just four visits, the pain is alleviated and gets less every day. There is more range of motion too, which nearly makes dancing mandatory! These two are the real deal and make going to the doctor fun. It almost makes us wish something else would go wrong with us just so we can see them again! But not quite. There are easier ways to make friends. Why don’t we all just grab lunch instead? Thanks again Benton, Calah, and all the rest of the Airrosti crew!

I’ve been suffering from Plantar Fasciitis for almost a year. One of my coworker’s advised me to go to Airrosti, but because I’ve been suffering for so long and my Doctor stated that there was really nothing anyone could do for me besides surgery and that really doesn’t work either and just gave me Ibuprofen for inflammation. I felt helpless and hopeless. Then in May this year I decided I was tired and had to try one last thing, I called Airrosti and they made an appointment for me on the same day, right after work (I think it was GOD sending me here). Dr. Cain and Lisa were so kind and caring. They told me they believed they could help me (that really gave me hope). Dr. Cain said, Just give him 6 visits. To my surprise, I was back stepping in 5 visits. they gave me my life back. Really. KUDOS to them Both!!!

Active recovery/rehab is done during each visit, immediately following the highly targeted manual therapy designed to restore function to your body and correct injuries to the soft tissue. Active recovery refers to a customized program of stretches and exercises designed to target the specific area of your injury. These exercises help speed recovery and, when done consistently at home (self-care instructions will be provided), help prevent future injuries and further enhance flexibility and range-of-motion.
