Great results! Highly recommend! Sandi and Kellie make a great team. I suffer from cervical radiculopathy, tendinitis of the elbow, and most recently hip flexor spasms. On my most recent visit, I had no idea why I was experiencing such severe pain. Dr. Kramer diagnosed me immediately. It took one visit, the pain is gone!!! Dr. Sandi Kramer has been very professional and knowledgeable on different injuries and conditions she has treated me and my family for. I’ve been seeing Dr. Kramer for many years and she has a been tremendously help in all of my sports injury recovery! I’ve had 11 sports surgery before ever knowing Arrosti and I’ve never quite playing tennis or doing triathlons so keeping the balance in my body is a lot of work. Having Dr. Kramer is like having my own physio which all pro athlete do so its great having Airrosti in this role. If it wasn’t for all the work Dr. Kramer has done on my back, calf’s, hamstring etc every time I get injured, I would not be able to continue with sports, so I’m very happy to share the benefit anytime I get the chance with others.

Active recovery/rehab is done during each visit, immediately following the highly targeted manual therapy designed to restore function to your body and correct injuries to the soft tissue. Active recovery refers to a customized program of stretches and exercises designed to target the specific area of your injury. These exercises help speed recovery and, when done consistently at home (self-care instructions will be provided), help prevent future injuries and further enhance flexibility and range-of-motion.
