How will Airrosti approach my injury?

First, your Airrosti Provider will thoroughly assess and diagnosis your condition or pain, working to treat it directly at the source. Then, through hands-on manual therapy, our Providers use their hands to apply pressure to various muscles, joints, and trigger points primarily to relieve pain and release tension, as well as improve range of motion. Lastly, an individualized treatment plan will be created for you consisting of exercises and stretches to help strengthen weakened areas and alleviate your pain.

Frequently Asked Questions

Manual therapy is when a trained healthcare provider uses their hands to help your body feel better and move better. Think of it like a skilled mechanic working on a car, but instead they’re working on your muscles, joints, and other body parts. Manual Therapy studies have shown that it can help reduce pain, improve range of motion and improve function (your ability to perform daily activities).

No, Airrosti Providers typically do not use traditional chiropractic adjustments, such as manual spinal manipulation for subluxations. While our Providers are licensed Doctors of Chiropractic and Doctors of Physical Therapy, our treatment approach focuses on a more comprehensive, whole-body view of musculoskeletal health. Instead of relying on standard chiropractic adjustments, our Providers use a range of hands-on manual therapy techniques designed to address the underlying causes of pain and promote efficient, long-term recovery.

No, Airrosti does not use steroid shots, but our Providers work closely with local physicians and know when to appropriately refer out for these medical treatments.

No, Airrosti does not offer acupuncture or dry needling services.

Airrosti does not have X-Rays, MRIs, or other diagnostic imaging, but your Airrosti Certified Provider may refer you for an X-Ray or MRI if they determine that it is necessary.
