Where is your practice?  

Airrosti Alliance, in Fort Worth. 

Where are you originally from? 

Arlington. 

How long have you been with Airrosti? 

2 years. 

What’s your favorite thing about working at Airrosti? 

Helping patients get back to the things they love. 😊 

Favorite recovery tool?  

Lacrosse ball. 

Best food/entertainment recommendation near your practice’s location? 

Thai & Fusion Ave. 

Name three things you love to do in your spare time. 

Spend time with my loved ones, find new cooking recipes, and running. 

What’s been your favorite trip/vacation, and why? 

Colorado because I love the mountains. 

Coffee or tea? 

Coffee. 

What’s your favorite book, movie, or TV show, and why? 

Avatar the Last Airbender, because it’s wholesome and inspiring. 

If you were an animal, what animal would you be? 

Brittany Spaniel, for obvious reasons. 

What’s your favorite holiday? 

Halloween – spooky month!

What was your first job? 

Building/repairing musical instruments. 

What’s the most adventurous thing you’ve ever done, or what’s something on your adventure bucket list? 

I want to spend a month or more traveling all over Asia.

Where are you originally from? 

Flower Mound, Texas. 

How long have you been with Airrosti? 

2.5 years. 

What’s your favorite thing about working at Airrosti?  

Being able to actually fix people. 

Favorite recovery tool? 

Resistance bands. 

Best food/entertainment recommendation near your practice’s location?  

F&F Japanese Grill. 

Name three things you love to do in your spare time. 

Play video games, go to the lake, and hang out with my pets. 

What’s been your favorite trip/vacation, and why? 

I went to Fairbanks, Alaska to see the northern lights – very cool and very cold.

Coffee.

Night owl. 

What’s your favorite book, movie, or TV show, and why? 

SpongeBob SquarePants – it’s my comfort show. 

What’s the best gift you’ve been given? 

Any gift that is for my animals.

A lazy house cat. 

What’s a piece of advice or wisdom that has had a significant impact on your life?  

Everything is about perspective so if you change how you look at the world, it can either be great or terrible. 

What’s your favorite holiday? 

Halloween. 

What’s your favorite fitness activity? 

Lifting weights.

Extroverted introvert. 

What was your first job? 

Feeding horses at a horse farm and getting paid in riding lessons.

I’m going to Alaska in January by myself.
