Types Of Shoulder Injuries

Shoulder Bursitis

Sometimes, excessive use of the shoulder joint leads to inflammation and swelling of the subacromial bursa within the rotator cuff. The result is a painful condition known as subacromial bursitis.

Rotator Cuff

The shoulder joint’s movement and stability are supported by a group of four muscles comprising the rotator cuff. Most rotator cuff disorders are caused by a combination of normal wear and tear and overuse.

Frozen Shoulder

Frozen shoulder, also known as adhesive capsulitis, is a condition characterized by stiffness and pain in the shoulder joint.

Shoulder Tendonitis

Shoulder tendonitis (or tendinitis) is an overuse injury caused by an inflammation of your rotator cuff tendons. A tendon is a flexible band of fibrous tissue that connects muscles to bones.

From Our Patients:

I came to Airrosti after I was in a car accident with some shoulder and lower back pain. Ashton was very helpful, attentive & welcoming during each visit! He made sure to explain everything thoroughly in a professional manner, and I can happily say that my pain has gone away. He made himself available during my recovery and ensured that the treatment was working.

Jan 2024

I had gone to chiropractors and physical therapy for six years prior to finding Airrosti. In 3 visits, we fixed a type of chronic shoulder pain that I had suffered for six years with. Dr. Wright and his assistant, Adelle, make a great team and provide amazing results! I have gone back to fix up little things here and there and always leave feeling great. I was having issues with my back a few weeks ago, and they got me in and fixed the root problem.
