Where are you originally from?
Ville Platte, LA.
How long have you been with Airrosti?
Two years in November.
What’s your favorite thing about working at Airrosti?
Working with patients that are willing to do what it takes to reach their goal.
Favorite recovery tool?
Foam rolling and KT tape.
Best food/entertainment recommendation near your practice’s location?
The City Centre has much to offer, from food to shopping, all within walking distance. RA Sushi is my favorite.
Name three things you love to do in your spare time.
Build Legos, read, hang out with family and Maya King, DC who’s a fellow Airrosti Provider! (King lives 5 doors down).
What’s been your favorite trip/vacation, and why?
Puerto Rico. I got to explore a new city with my best friends of 13 years and hiked on an island in the pouring rain for beautiful views.
Coffee or tea?
Coffee, unless it’s sweet tea from Cane’s.
Morning person or night owl?
Night owl.
What’s your favorite book, movie, or TV show, and why?
Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. I love all of the movies, this is the transition movie from childhood to adolescence. I relate to it being still in my youth but navigating the adult world.
What’s the best gift you’ve been given?
Being an aunt to my many nieces and nephews, I’m the favorite.
If you were an animal, what animal would you be?
Capuchin monkey.
What’s a piece of advice or wisdom that has had a significant impact on your life?
Stay uncomfortable, growth comes from getting out of your comfort zone.
What’s your favorite holiday?
Christmas.
What’s your favorite fitness activity?
Swimming.

Outgoing introvert.
What was your first job?
Pool Attendant at L’Auberge Casino Resort.
Name one thing you can’t live without.
Music.
What’s the most adventurous thing you’ve ever done, or what’s something on your adventure bucket list?
I would love to go cliff diving.
